1.The 10 tail is a 'beast' not a man.

2. The 10 tails chakra was divided into 9 different tailed beasts by the Sage.

3. In the Naruto world, the Juubi's body is the moon, becuz of the Chibaku Tensei used by the Sage.

4. If the moon is the body, and the other bijjus have its chakra, then how is Tobi=10 tails?

do not mistaken between soul and chakra.. the jubi's chakra was divided into nine parts.. this left the jubi powerless.. after its body was sealed in the moon, jubi could hve sought to find a new vessel to contain its soul.. and thats tobi!!! ..perhaps that explains what tobi meant when he said he is just an empty shell of his former self.. and he also stated to become whole again..

-This could be,No one means Empty and Darkness

-He want to make the new world without wars and hatred
-He want the world peaceful(The dreams of restless souls)

if you notice in the bottom left panel what does itachi say?
he mentions a nameless shinobi, i think kishi is forshadowng there.
now the newest chapter just so happens to state that tobi is noone but a name less shinobi?
everything points to him. he has taken his whole ideal of self sacrifice to a whole new level. just like most villians in the series he believes that he is some how making the world better.
kabuto could never find his body or his dna.
in another chapter when kabuto mentions how he could obtain dna from the eye danzo destroyed then he could bring back shuisi tobi replies dont push your luck.
i personally think that kishi wouldn't just mention that for no reason.

I don't think Tobi is a rival, more like a part of So6P that was no longer needed.
