All Nagato's summonings and his controlled "puppets/zombies" had the same eyes as him...i.e. two rinnegans. And all of them shared their field of vision with him. The point is that it is pretty obvious that anything that is under the control of a rinnegan user will not only share their vision but the rinnegan is also projected in their eyes.
It is pretty obvious that there is only one pair of real Rinnegans present in the Narutoverse...Nagato's Rinnegans:
Its clear that Tobi's Six paths of Pain's eyes are also mere projections of his eyes. A type of tell tale that they share their field of vision, if you will.
WTH Also, how in fk's name could Tobi be the Juubi? wtf?
The SO6P split the Juubi apart and created the 9 Bijuu's and put its body in the moon. Why would Tobi start a war to capture all the bijuu's with the intention of reassembling them into the Juubi so that he can become its jinchuuriki? Thats like saying that the Kyuubi want to become the Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi. How can a Bijuu seal itself within itself? Only an imbecile would fail to see the monumental flaw in logic within such a preposterous reasoning.

- Why would Tobi go to all the trouble of specifically obtaining Nagato's Rinnegan when there are so many other rinnegans? Because the other rinnegans are not real Rinnegans. Their just mere projections of the originals.
- Anybody remember Nagato's summonings? Some of them had some huge-ass Rinnegans. Does it mean that Nagato implanted pairs of humongous Rinnegan into his giant animal summonings? The answer is No. Where would one find such massive rinnegans anyway?
