I was just starting to ask myself "Why wasn't the direct descendant of Harishima an important character in Konoha's history like Tsunade is?" but I wasn't so bold to assume he would be Tobi. While it sounds kind of possible, I don't buy the idea of "I got my ass kicked by your father and faked my own death to steal his dna and now I'm going to train you to be my apprentice!"
I was just starting to ask myself "Why wasn't the direct descendant of Harishima an important character in Konoha's history like Tsunade is?" but I wasn't so bold to assume he would be Tobi. While I think your theory is original, original only gets you so far. I mean I can sit here and say well hey Tobi has got to be Kakashi because he hates Konoha for what they did to his father, we have never seen his face fully, maybe he dyes his hair when hes got to be Tobi and he has the Sharingan already and he could have gotten Senju blood from numerous places blah blah. Sounds ridiculous right?
It's easy to fill in the blanks with any character that has Senju and/or Uchiha blood (look at the countless stupid TOBI IS FUKAGU, OBITO, IZUNA threads with no concrete proof other than IT FITS HIS AGE). If we have learned anything recently it is that Age or Appearances don't matter at all in the Narutoverse, especially the latter with Zetsu now all over the place. I mean countless people are able or were able to extend their lifespans through different jutsus/techniques/skills,etc...
Originality is big when it comes to theories, hell that's where theories come from for the most part but the good ones back it up with manga/episode proof or at least great speculation and their own word choosing (picking out the words and sentences that fit their theory the best) to prove their theory.
If seriously one of the only flaws you see in your theory is her father going rogue and Tsunade staying loyal to Konoha than you aren't really seeing too much when it comes to the Manga or Kishi's writing style. Why would Madara be training Tsunade's father? How did he manipulate Tsunade's father into training under him? I mean if anything Tsunade would have definitely brought this up already I feel like if she had even an inkling that it could be her father because she has spoken about everyone her brother, her fiance, her grandfather and granduncle, and also how do we know Tsunade's father was the one who was the 1st's child? (Maybe it said it somewhere I don't know, but I don't remember it saying which of her parent's were the 1st's child).
Don't take this as a hate post cause its not, like I said I like the originality and if anything this post should want to drive you to back up your theory instead of being like all the other people on this board that post their theories with no proof and ask for other people's thoughts and beliefs on the topic.

I like it.I don't really believe your theory but its better than seeing obito=tobi all day. Its creative but Fugaku is dead.

I mean who else would honestly know how to put such a complex plan in motion and also know that the So6P was the first Jinchuuriki and that their was a ten tails? I mean its simple, he wasn't picked to be the successor of his father so he is trying to finally do what he wanted to do from the get-go, control the world by strength and force. Are their wholes in this theory, sure there are, but if you read that thread that Eternal, Myself, and opt4shenanigans have added a lot to, I guarantee it will get you thinking heavily, maybe not thinking Tobi is the So6P Elder Son, but it will definitely get you thinking, but Eternal really put it together nicely (even though his English is a bit off)
Zetsu/Madara Mix Belief: We know too little about Zetsu but we know enough about his skills that he might have been able to clone Madara before he did hence why Tobi knows Madara's entire history or claims to know it.

Your completely right that the fox recognised Tobi, but unlike other times, he didnt call him Madara Uchiha, which could mean something, or nothing at all. Honestly I dont know for sure, and Im anxiously awaiting more evidence so we can all know once and for all who Tobi really is.

I know this isn't really a piece of evidence but Tobi and Fugaku have different voices in anime, are you suggesting he is faking his voice even when not in presence of other people? When he will take of his mask infront Sasuke he's going to be talking with his real voice?

I like the Fugaku/Kagami theories about Tobi, but the question I have is motive. Why would Fugaku start a world war and try to capture tailed beasts? If Fugaku hated the Senju, he would have focused his revenge on Konoha, not on the rest of the world. Kagami is the same way, if he had some kind of revenge plot, why doesn't he focus on destroying Konoha? I can understand that these two people might have wanted to overthrow the village, but that doesn't explain why they would want to start a huge war and kill thousands of ninja in the process.
I'll admit that the coincidences are there: Fugaku and/or Kagami could have been very knowledgable about the history of Madara and the techniques of the MS/EMS. Fugaku does talk about the MS as if he knows how to awaken it and he could have been hiding it to avoid suspicion. Also, Fugaku would have known how powerful Sasuke and Itachi were as children, which is why he wanted both of them to join him in Akatsuki. Fugaku also might have known when Kushina was going into labor. However, this all still doesn't explain how Fugaku or Kagami would have gotten involved with Madara, where either of them would have gotten Rinnegan from to give to Naruto, or how either of them would have been in a position to do any of the things that Madara was supposed to have done (Help form Akatsuki, Control Yagura for years, etc). Also, none of this explains how Kagami or Fugaku would have been able to get a sample of Hashirama's DNA and be able to use that to start cloning Zetsus.
I think we are still missing some details about motive and opportunity. I think it's possible that Fugaku was helping Tobi, but I don't think there's enough evidence yet that Fugaku *is* Tobi.

Well itachi killed his clan under orders to protect the leaf from a coup de tat planned by his father so if his father wanted the uchiha to run the village i dont think killing them all was his best move...

There is a obvious reason Tobi's left side of his face is never shown. Tobi's right side of his face is obviously aging, he looks like hes in his late 50's or possibly 60's. Tobi was obviously around when Nagato was a child because Madara basically says he knows Tobi which Kabuto was referring to. We know Madara died right after receiving his Rennigan. We know that both Tobi and Madara had the same plan with Nagato. They both claim that Nagato was suppose to revive them.
