the problem is the age. I'm pretty sure that Itachi and Shisui were the same age when Shisui died or so. Then we see Itachi confront Madara/Tobi and he was much taller and had longer hair. and actually has the same stance and stuff as Madara we know.

itachi and shisui are not of same age because itachi said that shisui is like a elder brother to him so sorry but they are not of same age...

Then explain why they look close to the same age, when that Uchiha meeting occured before the massacre, the only two people missing were Itachi and Shisui. Explain that to me. And because Itachi said "He is LIKE an older brother" Doesn't mean he is waaaaaaay older.

To obtain the MS, you must kill your best friend. Shisui allowed Itachi to have his eye and also allowed Itachi to kill him. :flaw:
Shisui's body was no where to be found. Maybe Itachi used Susano'o and sealed away his body? You never know.

I don't think it's Shisui, the age doesn't quite match and and the massive change in character motivation (Wanting to protect the village to destroying it) seems to great.
My guess would be tobi is a Frankenstein... (Hear me out)
I think Tobi is really Obito's body put back together with zetsu parts and reanimated by sealing the 'real Madara's' charkra inside him.
Reasons
Obito's body: The EMS that Tobi has, posseses similar properties to Kakshi's (Originally Obito's). Both transport objects or people to another dimension. Tobi's does his own body and anyone he touches internally into the eye and Kakshi's to another dimension. (It's not uncommon for MS eyes to have an opposite effect one of Sasukes eyes releases amaterasu and the other controls / extiguishes it.
Zetsu parts: Obvisiosly we have seen that the current Tobi has atleast the right arm of a white zetsu probably don't need to justfy that further.
Madara's chakra: I think it's Madara's chakra and not his soul sealed for 3 reasons. 1 Naruto was warned that when using the kyuubi's power that he would automatically inherit the fox's will. Someone who has Madara's chakra who uses it to often might take on his will also. 2 Having chakra and taking on someones will would explain the split personality between Tobi and Madara. 3 Having just chakra and not Madara's soul leaves kishi with an opening to have the 'real madara' as the 6th coffin without breaking any of the rules he's given us so far about edo.

itachi never killed shisui because itachi respect shisui so much that he said to naruto that u r carrying shisuis will to protect konoha..... and if itachi killed shisui then he should tell at that day but he said only that i help him in erasing his existence....

madara killed izuna and shishui killed madara and danzo killed shishui after that sasuke killed danzo but itachi killed whole clan and basically obito created illusion of madara which is
tobi but kakashi is behind something too....

1."Shisui gave me his eyes and trusted me to protect the village with it" (Shiusi tried to help Itachi to protect the village with his eye but it failed as we all know it was to be used on Sasuke if he ever became a threat to the village Itachi was trying to protect.
2."He asked me to hide it's existence and then died silently"(Itachi hid the existence of Shisui Uchiha eye in the crow and died silently means he did not scream or resists it does not mean he went of and died somewhere else)
3." In order to prevent conflict over his eyes, he MADE IT LOOK LIKE he destroyed his eyes and erased his existence " ( referring to wht he said in number two "Then died silently" but before that Shisui MADE IT LOOK LIKE "he destroyed his eyes and erased his existence" Then he died. Shisui did NOT go some where and erase his existence on his own somewhere else and became Madara .
4."I helped him achieve this" Itachi HELPED (Helped it means something google it if you don't know) him with all of this, and through this he obtained the mangekyou sharingan by killing his best friend.
And Shisui got mangekyou sharingan by him being in Danzo orginization the Root they had to kill their class mates to pass the exam (This was a method use in the hidden mist village or blood mist village) he was not in the Hokages ANBU division
in chapter 550 page 10 the bottom Itachi say "Self sacrifice... a nameless shinobi who protects peace with in the shadows... that is a true shinobi" he also says "Shisui taught me that" only the root member resort to that code not the ANBU that are assigned with the hokage the 3rd (The 3rd opposed the massicare but sortly found out it was the only wayto stop the Uchiha) and the 5th did not believe in this code ( through Shisui telling Itachi this means Shisui was raised according to this code as a shinobi and wht made Itachi believe in it and killed his entire clan in order to preserve the peace with in the village and no one knowing the truth.

This is because:
1) In order to obtain the MS, you need to kill your best friend. The manga clearly states Itachi and Shisui were best friends. WHO else could Itachi kill to obtain the MS? You read the manga and stop raging, fanboy.
EDIT: Btw I re-read that manga page you posted. It clearly says after giving his eye to Itachi, Shisui died silently. It also says, Itachi helped him to accomplish that. Thanks for proving me correct.
