He has never used EMS, that does not mean he does not have it. I am open to the fact that we have not seen everything, but still....... I beleive that he is not an Uchia (maybe Senju's cant obtain EMS. i know it sounds stupid but..... and Uchia's vision goes away from him when he uses the MS to much right? Maybe the Senju's which are stronger never loose their eyesight. Maybe, just maybe they can weild the sharingan better, or with more power than an Uchia can)

Could be. But being part white Zetsu could just mean that he is using that part to extend his life. He is obviously older than everybody else. Furthermore, like i said, Senju is the strenght, Uchia is the eyes.

I completely understand your logic (after all we are just tryna figure something out here). Although what you say makes perfect sense, the fact still remains that he is a very big lier. He said he was Madara Uchia (this lie was big enough to frighten all the nations). So if he is not an Madara Uchia, then its possible (i dont know the odds so dont ask) that he is not an Uchia to beging with. And if he is not a Senju either, then what is he? It is obvious he does not want to reveal who he is (daahhh, he wears a mask). What do human being do when they dont wanna get caught? They lie. A deversion or cover up is a very common tactic (eg. i want all Uchia dead, let me attack the village and leave the sign that Uchia done it. I'll just impersonate them)

The Tobi really is...........
Ok, there is a lot of confusion from long that who is tobi, many claim that tobi is obito, shisui, kagami, izuna, madara , or any non uchiha.
I think any of the conclusions are not totally right. I think tobi a type of a clone robot or a android, which is made of madara uchiha's body, and probably other's cells like hashirama's.
I gathered some reasons-
1. He is old. evident from his half shown face, than contained wrinkles. this proves that he is quite old. He was also present from a long time, carried a attack on konoha, and has a vast knowledge.
2. His skin is dark. Why? his face and hands's skin is brown and dark. One possible reason that he is only a robot or a clone, who is occupying madara's body. And since madara was old, his body's skin has got dried and wrinkled.
Another reason can be that his body is made up of hashirama's cells(who was also dark skinned).
3. He didn't experience any pain. Evident is when he pulled off his arm from his body like jacket when his arm was infceted by torune's insect technique.
It reveals that he may be a robotic creature.
4. He didn't bleed at all. If he gets wounded, he sometimes bleeds a white liquid, or not even it. He plucked his arm when his arm got infected by torune, but he didn't bleeded a bit. Another proof that he is a robot.
5. He has Sharingan. Maybe he took it from other, but still, he had sharingan in his both eyes, and do space time migration with the sharingan, an evident that he may also have MS.
6. He knows about Madara, Nine tailed fox, And nagato. How? these three things are different. Madara died long ago, still he know a many things about his and his life. And, nine tail, which can only be controlled by hashirama and MS user, he can control and summon it. And how he got info that Nagato has the rinnegan and even claimed that he gave nagato rinnegan.
7. He can summon NINE TAILS DEMON FOX. A biggest clue that tobi is madara's body. Only and only madara can summon nine tails, then how the hell the tobi got the contract with nine tails? As the nine tail was sealed in their jinkchuris after madara was defeated. It can only be possible that tobi is controlling madara's body, and his mind is controlled by a robot or another soul.

he was awfully upset when he saw edo-madara, now that shows that he's got some feelings and thats pretty contradicting with the assumption of him being a robot or a clone.
good points tho, but theres some kind of soul in tobi's body
