They just do, it doesn't mean its same thing. Tobi would have already used it by now. Proof that he doesn't have it is that he has be really close to suck someone in unlike Kakashi who can use it at a distance. Plus Tobi can go intangible and teleport large distances. Bring me the manga scans where it says Kakashi can do all of that.

Obito threads

Idk why allot of u ppl complain about ppl making obito threads if they made a obito thread is bc they want your guys opinions on the subject.

there has not been that many obito threads in a very long time it kinda calmed down a bit after the manga showed madara there has been tons and tons of madara threads that it literally took over the whole entire manga section and obito threads didnt do that if i remember correctly.

I think ppl r allowed to make as many obito threads as they want because they wanna share their ideas to u guys.​
