There are two explanations, either the severe mental and surreal physical torture inside Itachis Tsukuyomi. It is also plausible Itachi put him through that but still left him alive on purpose......to serve a higher purpose.....like awakening Kakashi's MS for him to further Konoha's defenses through him.
And..the other reason could be that, Kakashi put himself through some grueling exercise within the three uneventful years of Naruto.

I think this recent manga chapter strong evidence that tobi has obito sharingan. Kakashi can send objects to another dimension and tobi can materialize and demateralize from another dimension. I think they share same dimension that's why kakashi kunai and naruto rasengan hit tobi. Kakashi sent them to another dimension and tobi as he was materializing since he shared the same dimension, it hit him. This is not coincidence, i am certain tobi sharingan is connected to kakashi.
However, i am not convinced that he is obito. Tobi could have stolen his eyes or zetsu perserved obito sharingan and gave it to tobi. There is so much explaining to do for tobi to be obito. Like how is he so knowledgable and take on minato? How would madara know him? Madara died after he met nagato as a kid and not likely to have met obito.

I'm really glad to see that Naruto still works with other people like Bee, Guy or Kakashi. For a while, he acted abit too cocky. Well, it's not that he can't afford to act like that but it doesn't fit his personality. I like when he is a teamplayer and when the skill of more than a few characters is shown regularly. Now I'm really happy to see Kakashi in action. In fact I just want Naruto to need other people, otherwise I'd begin to hate him.

Tobi Kakashi S/T Theory
After reading todays manga I've concluded that Tobi is either Definitely Obito. The reason I say that is because kamui goes to the same place and Tobis S/T technique kakashi even said it was all just one jutsu. If that's not the case than it can be concluded that all S/T techniques travel through the same rip in the fabric of time and the universe which would kinda of make since because if there were alot of different rips opened all the time the narutoverse would be sucked into time rip and cease to exist within it's own self. OK that last part about the narutoverse being destroyed was alittle over the top. But a major possibility is that all S/T techniques go through Tobis pocket dimension which (Only a speculation ) was created by Tobirama the created of S/T which would lead us to conclude that Tobi is Kagami :O
