Ino there has been so many threwads but i got lots of people who may be tobi
Madra : No hes a dead. It could be his soul and ying form
Obito: It shows his right eye only but when he fighted konan its showed 2.Also why would he be so evil he was a very good man. Also same hair
Obitos dad: It could be because he wants revenge. And he could have been old.
Shuisu: Danzo took his eye. Shiusu has been betrayed by itaci . Which is why he was using him. But he is way tooo young.
Elder son : It would explain why he is sooo old. Plus the sage of 6 paths liked the younger son . It would also explain why he is so evil and ahte senju a and leaf village. He would have also known Madra.
Kagami: He has the same hair. His teacher was TOBIrama Senju. = Tobi.
He is also danzo age explains why he has wrinkles. When madra fought shoidame he lost but never died. So he must have met kagami and told him about the "Plan"
Izuna Uchiha: The most ovbious ( apart from kagami and elder). Izuna Must have gave the eyes to madra by LOVE<3
