Conclusion​

So from what we see from Tobi until now we can tell that he is the man with many personalities and the one who is bigger liar even than Itachi, so we can't believe anything he says. Now he is acting he is Obito and even makes Kakashi and Guy think it but that doesn't mean its true well we will all see who he realy is in next few chapters (I hope xd)
