When Kakashi used Kamui Tobi noticed it instantly and dodged Naruto's attack. Why did he dodge it? He barley dodges anything.

He dodged it because he can't use space time when Kakashi does.

Why?

Because their Sharingan's is a pair. That is why all people take both eyes when they transplant and not just one. Tobi do have Obito's eye but it does not mean its Obito

Kamui is key to this battle. Without Kakashi it will be VERY hard to defeat Tobi.

Kakashi took obito's left eye. The other eye was crushed.

What if before Obito's right side got crushed, what if the white Zetsu came and molded himself around the right side of obito's body just before he got crushed. Then zetsu could have absorbed Obitio's chakra therefore kakashi/Rin wouldn't detect the white Zetsu.

Then Zetsu could have injected some sort of poison in Obito's right side of the body making Obito's right side of his body numb and making him slowly fall into sleep.
But Obito thought he was going to die because he was becoming numb all over.
When kakashi took his Obito's left sharingan and went, Zetsu could have waited for Obito to fall asleep and took his right eye. He then could have escaped the way he does through the ground and went to tobi to give him the sharingan.

If was still alive and had both of his sharingan and awoken the Mongekyo, his left eye would have Kamui - That the eye kakashi has, thats why kakashi could use Kamui. His left eye would have the S/T technique Tobi uses to teleport/Wrap.

The Right eye Tobi has also lets the user be untouchable.

So if Obito was alive he could use Kamui, Teleport/Wrap and intangibility.

But what PROOF do we have that they are the same pair of eyes. I mean its nice to think they fit, but we cant say they do until we are sure.

i agree with you on some parts like somehow tobi does have obito's eye but zetsu is mostly likely the answer..n i dont think zetsu has poison hmm
