Yes, but he doesn't have the 8 or 9 tails complete chakra or much of it at all. Kishi is pissing me off. Will he please show Naruto for at least one chapter. Though I know it is going to be Sasuke searching for Orochimaru most likely because Kishi either loves Sasuke to much or loves teasing us.
