Tobi was so op before. Besides disappearing, he had some of the most one shot moves! Why? Because he was supposed to be lord madara! Now he only know one jutsu, same thing escape no jutsu, he can hardly beat anyone. Whenever stronger opponents gonna kick his ass, he can just hide in his kamui home for a coffee cuz they are too strong for him to solo.
