sasuke's regular sharingan was enough to surpress the kyubi.so a regular sharingan can control a biju

i dont know how to make threads so imma post my theory here...this is what went down, when madara died he had awakened rennigan so b4 his death this tobi guy collaborated with him in promise of one day reviving him and took his eyes...thise same eyes he gave to nagato hencetobi sayin "im the one who gave nagato the rennigan" and after nagato's death he took back the eyes// tobi may or may not be an uchiha but he got the rennigan from madara, that im sure of..
