like we all know minato said that tobi have to touch the target in order to sucked it into his pocket dimension but here we see that tobi doesn't touch fuu at all and yet he got sucked, so what do u think ?

Tobi only touches his opponents to make sure they don't get away, Tobi can use that technique any way he wants just as long as the opponent stays still
