How come the Fourth Kazekage was there any reason he had a significant chance of winning against one of the strongest in the Naruto Verse ?

But with what? Ya i know he has the Rinnegan and he can do the push and all that stuff but if i remember correctly tobi doesn't travel that fast with his S/T that quickly(at least like 5 seconds) so there's no getting behind him and stabbing him and even if he did the fourth's reflexes are sharp not sharigan sharp.

But they're good and he could make a sand shield to protect himself, he beat a tailed beast don't count him out so quickly i doubt tobi could beat a tailed beast without gedo mazo or even rinnegan.

Tobi's S/T defeats the purpose of any physical attack known in the Naruto universe. Minato had a S/T plus an ability quickly form a rasengan. Perfect counter to Tobi.
