People say that Tobi gave Nagato Rinnegan. I don't understand, I thought Nagato already had Rinnegan. And in which manga chapter or Anime epsiode it is said.Please Explain..

you do realize there is a wiki that explains this if you look it up just google naruto and its like the 4th or so option find either tobi or nagato and it will tell you what you want to know

The Manga shows Nagato with the Rinnegan from a young age,when he was being trained by J-Man and i think earlier than that too. Tobi's claims have yet to be confirmed...That being said; Tobi could have meant that he was the one that helped Nagato obtain the Rinnegan, instead of him unlocking the Rinnegan on his own and then implanting them into Nagato.

All we know for a fact right now though is that Tobi is some creeper with a mean Eye Fetish.

nagato unlocked rinnegan as child the moment he saw hes parents getting murdered by konoha random ninjas and nagato killed em by accident whens he raged. nobody knows for sure did ge have em or not.. only theories like always lol. he said in manga he did gave em.. but that may be bit more complicated. time will shoooow..

nagato was an uzumaki and there's no way an uzumaki can be born with rinnegan

u cant say nagato activated rinnegan wen his parents died.... nagato's hair coverd his eyes makin us unable to knw the reality wether the rinnegan was already activated or nt...
Madara stated that he unlocked the rinnegan near his death. So there's 2 facts. 1) he knew he was near death and 2) he understood the power of the rinnegan. So the only feasible plan to survive would be to give the eyes to someone that could utilize that power and revive him, and to keep his "plan" alive to make sure that it happens.
