[Theory] Tobi real identity. Just a Theory.

I don't know if this was already discussed, if so, sorry for doing it again.

Many theories about Tobi's identity have being made and discussed, and has the manga moved on, many names emerged. Many of them belonging to the Uchiha clan; Madara, Obito, Izuna, etc, etc, even Danzo was referenced has being Tobi.

After reading the last manga issue 568, and considering how Kishi likes to surprise us, I created a new theory.

Follow my line of thoughts:

Regarding the words of Itachi, that Tobi is a small fraction of is former self, what he doenst said, was what former self he had.

What if Tobi isn't a person at all, what if the real reason he wants to collect all the tailed-beasts is to became all again, to became the Ten-Tails again.

What if Tobi is the Ten-Tails trying to be all again???

If a person can control a Tail-beast, what if a tail beast controls a person, in this case, the Ten-Tails controls Toby.

What do you think??? Possible???

eh, i feel it would make the most sense for it to be a zetsu/madara body split with madaras will and "plan" than it is for the 10 tails spirit but i wouldnt be suprised i suppose. if so bravo because it was cool.

actually i was going back, and itachi said that Madara is immortal, but he is just a shell of his former self.


But itachi was fooled into thinking that tobi was actually madara as well....I still strongly believe that tobi is the brother of madara. And that they both had a plan of some kind, a plan that the brother didnt really agree with, upon madara's death, he took it upon himself to go through with plans of his own, thus madara saying he was supposed to go with their original plan. Which leads me to think maybe Nagato's past was an illusion set by tobi in order to use him, afterall, he did say he gave nagato the eyes, how else could he have "given" it to him?

Besides, if he were one of them he wouldn't want to control them like how he is now.

My theory Tobi is a black and white zetsu. I believe Madara was alive when he met Kisame because when Tobi reveals himself to Kisame he says "i'm sorry for decieving you your were closest to him" hinting at Madara. Kisame was the only other person other that Zetsu to know the full moon's eye plan.

When tobi fought Minato, Tobi bled from a rasengan. When Kisame/Zestu clone fought Killer bee he bled from his version 2 attack so zestu clones can bleed real blood. You must ask yourself if i was Madara and i knew my plan wasn't going to be accomplished in my lifetime and i created a being that can make a pefect clone why not make one of himself. The reason i think he sought out Kisame first before anyone else is because of Samehada's abilty to take charka and feed it to the user. Kisame/Zetsu was able use chakra from Samehada. I think Madara made a clone of himself and had Kisame use charka stored in Samehada from previous ninjas he fought to give to the Madara clone.

Tobi has senju and uchiha dna in him. His sharingan is always activated but on his uchiha side thats why his other sharingan was always covered up because that was his senju side and it would take more chakra out of him than his uchiha side plus i think he only needed his sharingan on his senju side for Izanagi. we have never seen tobi rest, blink, nor get exhausted and he heals pretty quickly especially when he trasplanted the rinnegan in his head where it took sasuke a longer time for his eye transplant to recover. Controling tailed beast and two different Dojutsus must take a lot of chakra.


This is just food for thought let me konw what you guys think.

Tobi is not really the ten tails. He is an alter ego of the ten tails, tenten

Naa this is a bit rubbish to be honest as a theory i dont see it. He has to many human mannerisms and his whole attitude etc no just no. ETC naaaaa Loads of things and just the whole concept of it is off no.
