This will be my second thread, apart from a recommended/mandatory, general introduction. The bad grammar within this post is due to me failing to copy my first theoretical thread :sy:. So I couldn't reword it properly, or accurately
.
Initially, I honestly believe that Tobi is a product of izanagi (not to disregard any of the previous theories, which are relative to this one).
Although, I can't provide any hardcore, or tangible evidence however, I will attempt to prove the "tobi, or not tobi" theory on a basis of logic).
Tobi has stated in the past, that he is no one, proceeding the resurrection of Madara Uchiha (an identity, in which he has used for mere repuational purposes). One attribute of izanagi is this: The process he (So6P) used is explained to have initially involved the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create shape and form from nothingness. Nothingness is the operative word, that supports the former allegation of Tobi's sudden loss of identity. Also, a minor reference to Gara's former views on existence...
In other words, Tobi no longer has an actual identity, due to Madara Uchiha's summoning through impure world ressurection. This is more than likely why he has chosen to wear masks, which only reveals the sharingan/rinnegan. I feel as though Tobi is only a source of power, revealed by the holes in his masks. This may be why Tobi claimed that he was only a shell (stated identity) of Madara, prior to Madara Uchiha's ressurection.
However, with Madara's ressurection, he instantaneously became of little value as an utterance of unimportance. I think that Tobi's masks are significant symbols for having had no real identity to begin with.
Furthermore, having lacked an actual identity, Tobi is no longer to act as the revered, Madara Uchiha, because he is a various spectrum of ideals, which must exist to complete a single goal (Infinite Tsukuyomi).
izanagi is called the creation of all things. (The technique is based on an ability the Sage of the Six Paths had, referred to as "Creation of All Things"). Thus, a technique with the power to turn imagination into reality was born, known as Izanagi. Reasonably, conveying imagination into reality possibly epitomizes a basic ideal.
Moreover, When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space.Chapter 594 page 11: Tobi goes into detail about the infinite tsukuyomi. on page 12 it reads, "and then reality will end", "all that will exist is a single neverending dream"!! At this point, Tobi speaks like a person who can't distinguish between reality and imagination. Reverting back page 2, it reads, "the ten tails has been revived", "the beginning and end of this world!! and on Page 8: "Granpa Rikudou said that the ten-tails' complete revival will signal the end of the world". This is a clear indication of something quite pertinent to the inzanagi affect, which not only allows one to create, but also allows the final decision of destiny.
