Wrong, Obito wouldn't have been old enough. You gotta think, he is younger than Nagato. Nagato was a child in the 2nd war. Obito was a child in the 3rd. Jiraiya trained Nagato and Nagato eventually learned how to use it. Madara may have given it to him, but not Obito.

The eyes where ment for Tobi.


How Nagato awakened hes Rinnegan is still a mystery.

How did Rikudo Sennin awaken hes original ultimate rinnegan eyes? = the same way nagato did.


Rinnegan appear at the age of great war and turmoil.


For the chosen ones.


Madara used Senju DNA = to make artificial Rinnegan = its no where strong as the Original Rikudo Sennins Rinnegan.

EMS + Senju DNA = experiment Rinnegan.


There is a difference between a Naturally developed Rinnegan and an Artificially created one.

Nagato was the second coming of Rikudo Sennin.


Since Rikudo did not need EMS to get hes Rinnegan.


Apparently Nagato has Uzumaki Chakra + Rikudo Sennins life force = wat enabled him to awaken the Rinnegan.

Tobi and Madara had access to the Uchiha Tablet.


Tobi teached nagato how to use the Rinnegan to its full potential.

Before Nagato was using it randomly.

Nagato lacked the understanding about Rinnegan and its secrets and functions.


# You can have a sword , but that doesnt mean that you can use it # = same applies for Rinnegan.


Tobi gave Nagato the crucial information about the Rinnegan.

I think that madara gave it to him. and tobi stealing his ID stole the credit for things madara did(considering obito is to young to have given nagato the rinnigan or had him learn how to use it.

its never been shown where nagato got injected with senju dna or anything therefor we must assume that he awakened it naturally as shown in the manga
theres probably a reason why nagato can use rinnegan so much better than everyone else (hint hint, wink, wink)

Tobi was not the one that gave Nagato his rinnegan..why? because Nagato is older than Tobi and he had the rinnegan back before obito would have even been born.

Understand that a big part of Obitos plan was to pretend to be Madara, why? Because he needed to strike fear and doubt into people's minds, without the name Madara Uchiha he would not have been a big enough threat to start a war.

Not everyone in the Akatsuki even knew Tobi was pretending to be Madara, what I think is that Madara somehow played a hand in the extermination of the Uchiha clan..I don't know how but he must have been the one acting as Tobi that night. It's a mystery because we didn't get to see if the long haired masked man even had a sharingan, so a lot has yet to be explained.

However, it was Obito pretending to me Madara the whole time so that he could start the war.
