Tobi/Obito thinks too highly of himself

Hi guys, I'm new here so don't be too harsh.
Well the latest couple of chapters have been Obito-and-madara centered, in the chapter Kabuto showed Tobi his 5 akatsuki edo tensei, Obito actually thought that he could win. I'm wondering how in the 9 hell could he achieve that. For one, Nagato and Itachi were there.. + Kakuzu and Deidara. AND Madara. Kabuto wouldn't have stood idle too. So do you guys also think that he was drunk on that particular day ?? Please no rude or immature reply, we are among fans her

Well, he wouldn't have needed to fight Madara.. but he thinks highly of himself because he's one of the strongest.

I think Madara would have been part of the battle. kabuto would have put the control tag on, as to get better results. And correct me if I'm wrong but Obito kinda said that because of madara he would suffer heavy damages but he woulda still won in the end. Zetsu have to hide the key to the Sake room IMO

bt i dnt tink he was drunk, dnt 4get at dat moment he has 1-7 bijuus in his possession, lots of zetsus, rinnegan, intangibility, plus gedou maze. u kinda underestimate d guy here i tink, am nt sayin he wud def. win.

I guess Kamui helps a lot. Well it's just that I can't warp my head around it. He must be some monster.. Well I still Kabuto woulda wiped the floor with his face using DSM. No one in naruto is strong enough to face kabuto plus those 5 edos without back up. No one. I don't even believe Hashirama could but maybe that's just me and my Itachi/kakuzu fan attitude talking

I didn't forget to add the bijuus in the equation. Yes, he had the bijuus BUT no host bodies. Didn't kabuto provided him with those later on ?

Overconfidence kills people. Neji did lost against naruto even though i think it was just because of plot no justu. And look at hidan. The guy had an awesome power and probably the potential to become one of the best. But he relies too much on his immortality. Others ninjas go out of their way to avoid getting hit and that's what makes them strong. Those kind of badass powers should be your trump card instead of being used all the time
