Obito needs to die to bring the Eye of Moon Plan to succession, how so? Madara NEEDS to be the Jinchuuriki of the Juubi to use Infinite Tsukuyomi.

But what's stopping him is the fact Madara is "dead", and needs his actual body to seal the Juubi within himself.

To do this Obito has no choice to use Rinne Tensei, and Madara have no choice to protect and obey Obito's will as well. Since his the only living person with Rinnegan.

Orochimaru/Kabuto screwed Obito by bringing Madara back with Edo Tensei, and let Sasuke loose from Obito's leash.

Now what? This possess a massive problem to Madara. Even if Obito dies using Rinne Tensei, where is Madara's real body?

Well his body has to be somewhere seeing as Kabuto grave robbed his a$$. Most likely if they use the jutsu Madara will wake up naked on one of Kabuto's examining table with who knows what kind of probes in him. After all Kabuto was Oro's apprentice.
