Tobi isn't an uzumaki because he doesn't have red hair :silly:

Naruto is an uzumaki n he doesnt have red hair..He might be half uzumaki just like naruto..

that would explain how he knows so much,i have seen his battles where he get severely injured and still recovers as if nothing happened! plus he might be the only (possible) Uzumaki born with the sharingan. it would also explain why Itachi didnt ever tempted to fight him, he knew that Tobi had stronger chakra and a stronger body so it woud be pointless to battle him.

We don't know much about the mystery of Tobi. Though we're led to believe he's an Uchiha.

Itachi knows nothing about Tobi except the power in his eyes. Based on that he believed Tobi was/is Madara. That is why he didn't choose to fight Itachi. Itachi vs Madara Uchiha, we know how that would go and so did Itachi.

i agree with the people tht say tobi is a zetsu clone but maybe a zetsu clone of obito. obitos body was just left there un attended and black zetsu can pretty much see everything in the forest. so yeah. thts my oppinion
