[Theory] Tobi maybe under genjustu and is an uchiha

tobi may not be madara or his brother but i strongly believe he has to be an uchiha and the reason i say this is based on the clothing he wears before the start of the war. i kept looking around through other chapters and this appears to be the only chapter that shows his back clearly with out any visual obstructions(ex. the big ass fan he carries, or any other object for that matter) and reveals the uchiha crest on his clothing. this really makes me wonder who did madara possibly put under a genjustu to carry out the task he wanted to accomplish. i can not see anyone having all this power and wanting to bring someone back simply to continue to have to be bossed around. kabuto did not bring oro. back so why would tobi bring madara back of his own free will unless he is under a genjustu simular to wut itachi is under now as he and sasuke face off against tobi.

We dont know if he cant, he may be like Itachi and prefers to keep his Sharingan active at all times, so we really cant say tht he is not a real uchiha because we havent seen him deactivate his sharingan. Anyways, its possible but i doubt he is under a genjutsu

if not a genjustu then wht else would drive him to go so far for someone elses plans if they were dead? kabuto is doing his own thing as of now, why not tobi?

are you serious??? He has done that many times!!! After fighting Kakashi and using genjutsu on him, he did it.. he has done it other times as well! xd

Kabuto couldn't bring Orochimaru back if he tried, and still thinks of Orochimaru as his master. He assumed Sasuke still has the power of the snake, so it's probably unknown to Kabuto that Orochimaru is forever beyond his reach sealed in the totsuka blade.

Not to sidetrack your main point, but your supporting arguments are useless. Tobi may not desire to resurrect Madara whatsoever, that's just your personal assumption. As kishi said through Itachi, we all live within our personal convictions. Tobi may have literally meant Nagato's jutsu was meant for him- why assume he meant to resurrect Madara Uchiha? He may have been planning so far ahead as to die at some point and have Nagato resurrect him, now Tobi needs to be extra cautious. With Nagato dead and Tobi being forced to take the rinnegan back as his own, he has no fail safe and cannot afford to be killed, or his Moon's Eye Plan will never come to fruition.

Tobi was afraid to see that Kabuto resurrected Madara because Tobi was acquainted with Madara during his lifetime and possibly manipulated Madara along with half the other supposedly badass independent characters in the series (i.e. Nagato -.- damn you Tobi for discrediting that bamf). ZHe knows Madara is on another level to modern day shinobi and was thus forced to recognize Kabuto as a serious threat to his plans.

Tobi didn't make it a point to bring back Madara nor is he pleased he is resurrected. Tobi could have just liked the Moon's eye plan idea and wants to carry it out on his own.

When madara was ressurected he says this must be his plan which means he knows who tobi is. Later on he also says there is no such thing as peace, the world would be better under the infinite tsukuyomi so again we know madara and tobi know each other and share the same plan. Tobi isnt doing madaras work for him, they are both in on it.
