Tobi may use sand.....

I was thinking of jinchurikis after the latest Manga jinchurikies vs jinchurikies ,there are all other jinchurikies but haven't seen one tailed power i.e. sand i think.
And Gaara isn't captured or dead so i was thinking Tobi will be using one tailed beast power.

Possible, but I don't think so. You have a good theory/idea, but Tobi abilities are surpass that of the tailed-beast (Rinnegan and Sharingan). I don't think he would really fight if it come down to it (Moon Eye Plan).

iActually like this. When he had sharingan it was just enough so iDon't Having both Rinnegan and sharingan is enough for him. You might just be right. Why would he Re-Seal all the Bijuu into the IWR and not the shukaku. He may have it in himself.

Unless he has Uzumaki DNA in him too, then it's highly possibly he'll survive the extraction. But since this isnt really needed to acquire the sage of the six path, then it's less likely he put Uzumaki DNA into himself. Besides, Tobi wouldnt go thru the trouble of unsealing the tailed beast out of him.... who's going to help him extract it besides Zetsu? It would take an extremely long time to unseal the beast out of him. I doubt tobi would do all this. He's impatient and wants to get the Moon Eye's plan done as soon possible.

I think he rather plans on summoning the tailed beast against the 8 tailed beast.

What i was thinking was if he wants to consume enough amount of chakra he will summon the 1 tails Then it will be easy to capture NARUTO and BEE and the left amount of chakra will be used to complete the moon eye plan (he need to have chakra for it too IMO)..
