[Predictions] Tobi, Madara, or Orochimaru killed Hashirama

At the founding of Konohoa, Tobirama looked just as old as he did when he died. That means Hashirama probably died a little after his fight with Madara. Could it be possible that was he killed by someone, possibly for his DNA?

-Possible, because he somehow attained Hashirama's DNA, possibly when he killed him?


Or maybe Orochimaru just did some grave-robbing, seeing he was able to summon the first with edo tensei.

Hashirama strongest ninja while he lived right? Even guys like uchiha madara had a hard time with him so i dont think tobi alone possibly killed 1st so maybe after his last fight with madara and kyubi he might severly injured tobi might be madaras follower who was been there and took his opportunity and killed hashirama

He couldn't have died by old age. Tobirama seemd to be around his age, and died seemingly pretty young.
