Tobi/Madara are they one in the same?

Tobi was an alias name Madara took so he could hide his true identity from the whole world while he had been running akatsuki from behind the doors.. eventually he came out of hiding as akatsuki was losing members quite fast.. plus he had to carry on his plans.. after pain died.. he took full control of things.. n now he is revealing his intentions to everyone.. it has been made quite clear now that tobi n Madara r the same person.. however, knowing kishi and his change of plots... u nvr know.. for now though lets jus leave it at tobi=Madara n not think too much into it

Well put, my main reason for creating the thread was to hopefully silence any woodby believers of a certain Hokage being Tobi so I thank you for your input and look forward to any others.

b/w I am more curious to know as to why tobi is still hiding his face.. He has told the whole world he is Uchiha Madara.. he shudn't have any reason to hide his identity anymore.. the mask thing is still very suspicious
