Tobi knows Genjutsu (for those uneducated folk)

(For all the uneducated folk), Tobi knows Gengutsu, and to back up my "claim", ask ones self: how would he pull of said moons eye plan Without said Genjutsu...

I figured I'd educate some of us on the base (in case they were like me), and somewhat uneducated about neglecting taking notice... (I had figured what Tobi meant by "putting the world under a Genjutsu" I had figured the Jewbi would do such for him; while under his control, as I had not noticed Tobi performing a said Genjutsu) Though, if I'm mistaken I'll correct any said misinformation...

Edit: Assured and confirmed by the others: Tobi knows Genjutsu... (And no one noticed my spelling of "Juubi" xD.)

im pretty sure he knows genjitsu.
I dont think he was gonna put the 10 tails in himself though.
I have a feeling Tobi is weak, besides his eyes.
His body is not physically strong enough to handle it.

tobi talking to zetsu, he brings up how he planned to use the 10 tails in sasuke.
i seriously doubt tobi can do it alone or in his current status for that matter (w/e his status is)
Had he had more physical strength i think he would have done it himself along time ago..
