He is suppose to have all Rinnengan power and Gedo Mazo, and he is fighting Naruto(tired and wounded in base form), Kakashi(tired, out of stamina), Gai(tired after opening gates), Bee(wounded) and during one day long and he is still not capable to beat at least just one of them??

I begin to doubt that Tobi is strong, i begin to doubt he can use Rinnengan that well. Maybe he can't use all Rinnengan powers, cuz i believe Nagato impressed me much more than that

Based on what we have seen, Tobi doesnt impress me.
Look at his fight with Minato. Can you recall him using any jutsu besides the summon and space time?
Also with the rinnegan, he hasnt shown anythn that impressive.
I gota say even Little Nagato displayed more strength
