As you can see, Tobi has to be Shisui. For what other reason Kishi could have possibly brought up this flashback?! Shisui is also the one who knows everything.

Shisui lost both the eyes. However there could be slim chances of him being Tobi as Shisui is known for his genjutsu and he may be the only one to know about Infinite Tsukuyomi. But since Tobi didnt have Mangekyou at the beginning i dont think he is Shisui.

i got VERY bad feeling that he is obito after all -.- back in days when tobi was goofying with kakashis team in forest while itachi fought sausage, after zetsu came he said something to kakashi and kakashi said " wwwwhat... a sharingan" now he said "You don't remember the faces, so what point is there in telling you" "kakashi you always open yout mouth so easily , it's no wonder you've lived a life or regret" obito and kakashi didnt sync at all when they were young and in same team, no wonder IF tobi is obito that he turned evil xd but there is still too many puzzle pieces to be solved.. him attacking with 9tails and such.. i don't know anything anymore lol xd

No, Guy is the one who doesn't remember faces. Plus, Kakashi would remember Obito's ass. Why the **** would he forgot about the guy who gave him the sharingan? I guess you don't remember Kakashi going to that memorial every day in part 1. That's why he was always late everywhere he went.
