ok so not uchiha crest but symbol of sharingan which is pretty much the same thing

That doesn't prove anything it's just 3 tomoe, Oro made the curse seal which had 3 tomoe but he's not Uchiha . . as well as his summonings, they had 3 tomoe on them

Maybe it's too farfetched, but maybe he is obito uchiha because kakashi's mangekyo works almost the same as tobi's. And with that, tobi can travel through time and space thats why he manage to return to the time of naruto's birth.

I'm thinking no. Minato could use space-time ninjutsu to teleport, but Traveling through time I think is just way too farfetched.
