Tobi is not an Uchiha

Is it safe to say tobi is not an Uchiha but maybe an uzumaki or senju ? Tobi has neva said that his an Uchiha expect for claiming to be Madara plus we havent seen the Uchiha crest on any of his clothes.

Kakashi said fully controlling 6 tale beastz consumes alot of chakra thats why Tobi wasnt able to use any of pain's outter path abilities with the Jin'z. We all know that the Uchiha have a low Chakra level expect for Madara.

Maybe Tobi is the 2nd Hokage ? Tobirama is Tobi but thats impossible since the second Hokage is dead and sealed way...

Tobi is a Zetsu clone with sharingan and rinnegan.
