With the recent feats, we know that Tobi cannot only warp things into his dimension, but he can also release things he warped in this dimension and throw it to his opponents and even seemingly with high speed like we can see here:
That means for example if Sasuke throw an arrow to him, i don't see why he could not warp it and throw it back
PS: Now that i think about it, didn't Kakashi warped 2Susanoo arrows the last time he met Sasuke? And we know he shares the same dimension with Kakashi. So isn't it possible for him to release it?:?
