Now if Orochimaru soul can be sealed away in Sussano'o, but the other part can still roam the earth. Why can't Hashirama soul be split as well? One sealed in Reaper, other roaming the world?

I must agree with this part. If Hashirama's creation of Konohagakure's forest is not simply a legend, every tree in Konoha has got some of his chakra. Someone powerful might even extract it, just like Sasuke extracted Orochimaru from Anko. It's possible.

And if Sasuke can perform a jutsu to remove Orochimaru, I think Hashirama can perform a jutsu to replicate himself; splitting the soul into a new body.

I like it, WHO Else Can get a hold off senju DNA? Madara fought hashi and lost. He was able toget some senju DNA.

And with his op hax regeneration techniques it would explain how Tobi is never hurt, dosnt care about losing a arm or two.

2.) Tobi knows Wood Release, and anime stated he didn't know not the manga. And all Tobi wanted to know was how to Kabuto would release the jutsu, since Kabuto stating mastering it; while Tobirama didn't. xD

I also believe it's Kagami or Izuna, I always said that, but here I'm saying the facts. If Hashi's creation of Konoha's forest is true, his chakra probably dwells within the trees. Everything is possible, my friend.

If you can not prove Tobi is in fact a Uchiha, how can you state he's an Uchiha? Because he's done nothing an actual Uchiha would do, and their character has no similarities to Tobi's. xD

I just dont agree with the part that says Hashirama is evil. LOL Tobi definetally has some of Hashirama body but he does NOT have Hashirama consciousness.

Hashirama is, without a shadow of a doubt, dead. Yet Tobi lives. Oro proved this when he resurrected Hashirama. On top of that, his soul was permanently sealed (Minato says its permanent) inside the Shinigami. There's no coming back from that. lol...You cant debate away this little detail without speculating.
