Do you think Madara / Tobi are going to ''fight'' to be the one casting it?
Because if no one is immune to it, it means everyone except the caster are going to be controlled and I don't think Tobi is going to appreciate being controlled by Madara for the rest of existence ( that may explain why he was shocked when he saw Madara in the coffin ).


Another thought, Do you think people like Sasuke, tobi and Madara may be immune to it because they are strong Sharingan users?

Your wrong in 2 points:

1. Maybe he never used it because he didn't want people to know he was an Uchiha. Now that his mask is blown up, he may use it and I won't be surprised if a Susanoo was to appear neither.

2. Tobi was planning on casting it without Madara ( he attempted to start it without the Nine/eight tails full chakra ) so I doubt he didn't know how to do it. After Nagato died, there wasn't anyone out there to resurrect Madara but Tobi continued his plan. Between, I doubt someone at Obito's level couldn't cast it.
