Tobi is far from being defeated.
He has rinnegan and senju dna = extreme chakra levels.
so far he has received minor injuries = broken clothes and broken masks.
He has Gedo Mazo at hes disposal = near infinite chakra.
Others = Kakashi and Gai are exchausted.
Naruto has used too much of Kuramas chakra = has to regenerate it and get better sync each time they merge their chakra.
The odds are still in Tobis favour.
Tobi most likely has more of these OP Uchiha jutsus , like that Uchiha Kaenjin.
If Juubi is complete and Tobi becomes its Jin = then the odds are certainly in Tobis favour.
I think , that Kishi will give more spotlight to Tobi in the next few chapters or so.
But he will be defeated eventualy.
+ some extremely good plottwist or cliffhanger , that will leave us depating for months , when Kishi continues with the 5 kages or Sasuke and Oro.
