I think Tobi can and will fall for the Kamui + Rasengan combo over and over again.
Here's the problem.
Tobi can only see in the "real" world in battle, at least in theory. Seeing as how we've never seen Tobi's body in his other dimension during the fight. So I would theorize that Tobi can't see things happening in the pocket dimension as they happen in real time. He will almost certainly force him to stay solid to continue the fight because he'll get hit with attacks he can't see. It's been demonstrated twice.
If you see page 13 then 14, we have to find out two things:
Where Rasengan was place after it was sent into the pocket dimension?
Was Tobi (de)materialized when Rasengan went off?
Naruto and friends have gained the upper hand in this battle. Also this will force Kakashi to be a long range fighter from this point on. Tobi will also go on the offensive to take Kakashi out. W/o him, it's pretty much a victory for Tobi.
