uchiha made a clone with zetsus help before he fought hashi,and that is why during the tobi vs konan fight tobi said [he who thinks and plans a step ahead is the through victor]he said this replying konan,after konan said madaara lost to hashi,but the fact is that the purpose for the fight between madaara and hashi was for madaara to get hashi's cells,madaara probably died after the fight but he already thought ahead by making a special clone like that of mu or different before hand.
