in my opinion its impossible to control the jubi
even the sage of sixth paths had trouble
thats the reason he split the beast in 9 different chakra monsters
and it may result in unleashing a unstoppable monster
and to tell you even if he does succeed minato trapped the ying sideof the kyubi in side himself .....just had a random thought that is irrelvant to this thread but whatever

that nulls the shiki fujin and can bring back all the previous kages including danzo but they are not immortal would the 4th come back as jinchu

I don't recall anything indicated that the Sage of the Six Paths had trouble containing the Juubi as a Jinchuuriki, only that he split it up into pieces because it would have been unleashed when the Sage died. I do agree that Tobi is probably underestimating the Juubi, though.

As for Minato, the actual beast resides within Naruto. I don't believe another Kyuubi would suddenly exist, even if Minato was revived somehow.

i agree, but to even attempt something like,trying controlling all six is kind of foolish if you ask me.

he made the tailed beasts because the juubi wasnt going to die permantenly after the sage dies.

So he split up its powers to give the shinobi world a chance to take them on.

As for the sage's abiltiy of control? I dont know he did seal it and was sealed until he was in his death bed. So I imagine he controled the juubi well. Or the juubi's chakra was the reason why the sage died early in his life. And thats another thing we dont know if the sage died fairly old like the third hokage or early on which would mean the juubi took a toll on his life.


As for tobi it would be a major fail on kishi if he decides to make tobi unware of what hes really getting involved in.

But I feel despite becoming juubi's host u would die eventually even if control it well. I think the sage's death is strong foreshadowing.

Agreed he only split it up because nobody else (at that time) would be able to subdue it and the Golden brothers or whatever had Kyuubi chakra so they will be the nine tails contribution BUT since it isn't the actual nine tails the Juubi won't be at full power the very reason why it will be able to be defeated by some feat. He could use genjutsu or som ultimate sealing technique to subdue it most probable ways
