Tobi being uchiha madara as we see now is very much good for a basis..first of all..Uchiha Madara is famously known for his eternal mangekyou sharingan..gaining this eye granted him no blindness , a some sort of a new jutsu and maybe immortality as we see now.As Tobi, Madara wears an orange mask, with swirls focused around the right eye, that covers his entire face outside of his right eye. Before wearing the swirl mask, Madara wore a similar mask, with markings across it which resembled the hidden mist villages ANBU mask, covering his entire face but the right eye. Maybe it has some connection being called by kisame as mizukage.

and as far as we know..he really claims he is uchiha madara and itachi also stated that madara is immortal and pretty much alive..but still he is now just a pathetic shell of his former self..

As we see now..maybe his other eye got damaged by harashima thus having the ems removed from him and only gaining the three tomoe sharingan so thats why its only focusing on it.

The machine that pein uses is the key on transmigration of his soul to another host as if he was just controlling it..it can be even the key how he shares the same rinnegan eyes for the new host..thus destroying this machine will prevent him for using other bodies for replacement of his paths.

Izuna Uchiha being tobi is a nice choice..there are some basis that izuna can be tobi..first of all..izuna got his eyes plucked out..making the basis of tobi only having 1 eye..second tobi is acting like a goofy funny guy yet putting in on his age has some basis..tobi removing his mask in front of sasuke shows that tobi's face has 3 wrinkles..yet we can apply it to izuna uchiha being old enough for having that..besides if it was madara going up to 100 years of age now..theres more into that face than now..third is that madara is known for his ems..yet where is the ems..only the sharingan thingy..lastly..why tobi has a lot of faqs about his brother uchiha madara..its because he is his brother and they are the most closes relationship in the past..or maybe zetsu has something to do with it or zetsu is providing informations for him.

Metal Rods in each bodies of pein maybe is the key of defeating him..maybe those rods posses some sort of ability to control the flow of your body and your chakra..just when jiraiya was stabbed by that metal rod..we saw that he said his chakra was going crazy and we saw that his backround the eyes of rinnegan..maybe removing this rods via each realms can make them be disabled by their abilitys and their rinnegan
