Tobi has to have Madara's face right?

Remember when Tobi was about to take off his mask to reveal his face to Sasuke to prove that he was Madara? Wouldn't that mean that he would had to have had Madara's face? Sasuke should know who Madara looks like. He was the poster boy of the Uchiha after all. Also, the 5 kages were able to identify Hashirama's face on Madara's chest. Tobi even shown his face to Kisame to prove to him who he was.

Sasuke and kisame have probably never seen the real Madara's face and just believed thats what he looked like

I'm not going to say this isn't true because I am not sure but how do we know this? There is a statue of him at the valley of the end with his face clearly there. If the people of that time can identify Hashirama's face then I am sure they can Identify Madara's as well. He also took off his mask around Pain and Konan as well. Which I am not too sure about them knowing what Madara looks like. We also need to remember that Sasuke used his genjutsu on the W.Zetsu clone and somehow knew that Tobi was a fake.
