Wouldnt tobi have to be an uchiha in order for the thing about the brothers to be true? About uchiha clan wanting to end war and make peace with hate and fear and you guys know the rest unless he isn't the one and it's gunna be along time later till the uchihas do attempt it unless it is of course sasuke who try's this these are just my thoughts I wanted to get out there please dont get too criticle :scorps::sy:

It's Debateable. Tobi's Usage with the sharingan doesn't drain his chakra like Kakashi and his sharingan so it's possible but him being one of the Brothers is unlikely because Tobi said he was Madara but that came out to be false, Madara Died. Him being the other brother, Idk we'll see soon, i think Tobi is just another character.
