i feel like a derp sorry about that but w8 cant he use that in the war ik he used it on the zetsus but with all the 1st DNA going around can't someone really just make a actual 1st hokage clone?

It's attached to that pillar so he probably can't use it in combat. If he could he would've already.

Tobi explained that he grew that Hashi from his cells. It is basically a clone tree that made the Zetsus
