Tobi has MS or EMS

Alright, we all know that Tobi has a Sharingan in his right eye (currently). What I want to know is everyone's opinion on whether it's a basic 3 tomoe Sharingan, a Mangekyo Sharingan, or an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. I personally believe that Tobi has MS or EMS. And before you give me your opinion I just wanted to offer some possible evidence and counter-evidence to my own opinion

First of all, according to the Uchiha tablet, you need to have at least the Mangekyo Sharinganin order to control Kurama. Here is the proof:

And of course there is Tobi's s/t tech which seems to originate from his right eye, and to our knowledge should also require at least the Mangekyo Sharingan to perform:

But here we see Tobi using his 3 tomoe Sharingan to take control of Kurama:

My response to this evidence is that I believe Kishi has been hiding Tobi's MS or EMS on us so that he could keep all Tobi theories on the table for as long as possible. If Kishi had shown us Tobi's MS or EMS, it would have been either Madara's, Izuna's, Obito's, Shisui's, Itachi's, Sasuke's, or none of the above. Obviously if we recognized Tobi's MS or EMS as one of the above, then the mystery of Tobi would have been over. But if we didn't recognize his MS or EMS, then we would have known that it was a new character

So with all those things taken into consideration, what kind of Sharingan does Tobi have in your opinion? And remember these are only opinions, there are no right or wrong answers. I just want to see what everyone else thinks

My response to this evidence is that I believe Kishi has been hiding Tobi's MS or EMS on us so that he could keep all Tobi theories on the table for as long as possible. I think this is only my memory cause it will take to long to reread all the manga, but didn't tobi say somewhere that he unlocked the secrets of the eye, and can use it's base as the MS or EMS.

I'm thinking now that someone most have posted it a long time ago but thats just my memory.

On the other hand, I think he has the EMS, cause after all the things he's doing with those eyes he hasn't lost vision yet. Or maybe those are not his eyes
