As far as we know, we knows about his intangible's weakness and his space-times weakness.
Intangible : U must counter him before he warp u into his diemensions or something like that.
Before u counter him, u must force him to touch u, then u can use a space-time tech to counter him, there u go.
Tobi's space time : To follow Tobi, u need to mark him somewhere or use a similar space-time tech like Tobi or Kakashi's space-time.
When he's using his intangible, u need Tobi to use it when your attacks go through it, then use a space-time tech to hit him, cause his body is on a dimensions, also use Kamui then let it appear.
If u guys knows more about his weakness then plz tell me.
