Still no proof, though it's indeed most likely that his eyes were transplated, it's just logical, but we still don't know the sircumstances of this.

And sure the conclusion is not correct. We don't know when Madara's died, and even if you were right, transplating the eyes doesn't mean death. As we all know, Izuna died not because of his eyes lost, he continued to fight for some time.

Therefore Nagato's rinnegan is Madara's

#1 Madara turned his back on the village and eventually came back to try and take over, which didn't work, so isn't too farfetched to think he harbors ill will towards the village, but i really don't see him doing it masked

The entire idea of the masked man being Madara that time is stupid, even closing the eyes on an absurd suggestion that he had somehow exactly same voice and hair, and S/T jutsu, but also losing the Kyuubi that stupid, being defeated with two blows from Minato and panically leaving the battlefield, in fact, failing his entire mission? Get some brains already, people. And don't tell the crap about Tobi being on the same level as Minato. Minato's finished him with just 2 hits, again.

The problem is the only that we don't have any clear dates, which makes Kishi very free to change everything he wants. I totally agree with you in almost every statement, but still what I'm trying to say is that we even don't know on 100% that Obito's younger then Nagato now. He can just say something like "Tobi lied" or something and show us another flashback which "fixes everything". That's it =\

1) We've never seen Nagato's rinnegans deactivated
2) Elder son of Sage inherited the ''eyes'', Nagato was born with the ''body''
3) Tobi indeed said that he gave the rinnegans to Nagato
4) Madara awakened rinnegans, but if Nagato also awakened his own rinnegans, where the heck did Madara's rinnegans disappear?

Nagato is 39-46 years old and Obito is 30-34 years old, its that simple :/.

I said that because i didn't want to break it down but it looks like i have to. When i said he is OP as shit, i just mean to say he has reached far beyond the level of a normal Uchiha, and we still haven't seen 100% of his power, if we're just going to speculate here, who's to say that Madara doesn't' have a similar ability to Kamui?

Furthermore, its been shown that Uchiha can do several things to share/give abilities, for instance how Itachi gave naruto a crow to break some spell or whatever, or how he gave Sauske Amatarasu with the ****ing head touch.
