I'm tired of everyone dissing Tobi and saying he doesn't have the Mangekyo :sy:
How else do you explain him manipulating the fox and the Mizukage? This can also shed some light on his space time abilities.

In the 3rd Naruto databook, it states that Tobi does indeed possess it. I don't know how anyone could miss it actually. It is located in this forum as a sticky by SaaaadPanda.
