[Spoilers] Tobi didn't start Akatsuki with Nagato, nor give him Rinnegan

A lot of people still seem to confuse Tobi with Madara even though it's been made clear they're two different individuals.

Madara gave Rinnegan to Nagato and probably gave him the idea to start the Akatsuki. Tobi had nothing to do with this.

The reason why Tobi claimed to have given Rinnegan to Nagato and all that, is because he was pretending to be the original Madara. He had no business in the creation of Akatsuki, he just took things where Madara left them later on while pretending he was the same person.

This also means that there's no evidence of Tobi existing before the attack of Konoha. He's probably not that old.

Yeah after he was revived, Tobi obvously knew him before.
So while you are right about him not doing these things he still has to be old enough to know Madara.

How could Madara give Nagato the Rinnegan? As shown in the manga, Madara has both of this eyes. When people are brought back with Edo Tensei, they retain characteristics they had when they died thus Madara would have no eyes if he personally gave them to Nagato.

Kishi said him self and if you even read the manga properly its clear and theres enough evidence that Madara and Tobi know each other, we will find out soon anyways all the history of Tobi.
