Possible, but I doubt that because only Nagato knows that jutsu for so far as we know.

and about copying,these high level jutsu maybe impossible to be copied. but am not sure still there is possibility (of copying) ,cuz he is high level ninja

That jutsu is a high-ranked jutsu, I doubt that even the Sharingan just can copy it in an instant and if the jutsu is a result of the use of the Rinnegan, it's impossible to copie because Sharingans can't copy Gekei genkai's.
