Tobi cannot use Space time when Kakashi uses Kamui

No. Kakashi was aiming for Gedo Mazou' neck. It was no way effecting Tobi while he was using Space/Time Migration Technique throughout the whole battle. How does that compare with Kakashi using Kamui? Sounds like an "Obito is Tobi Thread."

Have you forgotten that Tobi has only 5 minutes, at best, utilizing his Space/Time Migration. They haven't find this weakness. We, readers, already know.

I posted a thread that theorized he was manufacturing the sharingan with the tailed beast chakra since the sharingan originated from it.Remember that zetsu can be anywhere at anytime.And it is not a stretch to say he was watching over the village esp over mintao and obito is on his team so its not like it is a huge leap in logic.Remember i said theorized so i do not need you to tell me that.If you are going to post to this say something that actually has to do with the convo

1. It probaly was crushed, but apparently not. Obito could have used SPM when he sensed danger on the rocks falling ontop of him but that is way to far fetched and only speculations. I do not have a proper answer to your question.

2. It is reseted everytime he counter-attacks or just doesn't use it. I assure you that he did not need to reset his SPM time. This is the first time Tobi dodges anything in the entire battle. And that was when Kakashi used his Kamui.

I cannot answer this properly with solid proof. I can only speculate.

ok I noticed something that could prove this. Kakashi uses Kamui right before Naruto Attacks Tobi. After the attack naruto thinks it was a failure, but in the second cell Tobi zig zags away from kakashi and naruto like he was afraid. I think you hit the nail on the head here.

I uderstand that part completely. The Thread Maker said "Their Sharingan's are pair" implying that it was Obito's Sharingan. What evidence support this? None. @Mejf3 post shows how Obito Sharingan is useless. I can't provide links to support. However, I can't completely disregard other mentions of Thread Maker Post, but that is what caught my attention. Kamui would be the key which is intresting and partly already known. I say "Partly" becuase it Kamui was utilize by Kakashi throughout the battle without him being exhausted of Chakra.

@Exaar links of the Chapter supports it, but it is not enough evidence to say. Kakashi again was not aiming Kamui at Tobi directly, but a the Raiton infuse kunia thrown towards Naruto accidently when Tobi escape/dodge via Space/Time Migration.
