If i'm not mistaken there is a small window where he can be touched or hit after materializing. I know it was somewhere in one of his fights. It's just a matter of keeping up with him and timing.

You're right, it's a five second window for ST and Tobi must be solid to attack. I'll elaborate.

While using Shinra Tensei, Tobi cannot be touched. During the five second interval, he uses intangibility, and can't be touched. Then he switches it off and uses Shinra Tensei, and repeat. There's very little way around this combo, especially when you add in Tobi's clever tactics.

Now that I think about it, this could actually be hilarious, as the best tactic would be to hide in the ground or the void realm during the five seconds, then pop up randomly and ST.

hes not a fake. he used his name to start a war. for all we know tobi could still be madara in some form. and clones have overtaken the original in fiction all the time. sequels in movies for example. the entire manga is about new people surpassing old people. tobi is assumedly younger than madara as he didnt look as old as danzo and onoki.

I'm sorry but I just have to correct that statement. Konan did not have hundreds of billions of hours of prep. Just 100 billion hours would be over 11 million years. Even if that was a typo and you meant millions, you're still saying she had over 11 thousand years. Your point might be that Konan was prepared, but it's overshadowed by that ludicrous hyperbole.
